with their legs in toilet paper dowels- paper-clipped together... with an inner & outer pillow case. The ink takes some work to get off. I think it penetrates the PVC. Also, that hair/head disgusting glue - if you get enough on your hands while combing hair, & touch the face, it can start to dissolve the factory paint a bit. So glue headed dolls get a fabric teabag or the ribbing from a old sock over their heads. Lots of applications of a cosmetic mud (Herbalvedic Ayervedic Herbal Mineral Clay) has helped to remove the glue head. Mix the powder with water & leave it on for days. Add watery clay on top & leave for days. May need to start from the beginning a few times after washing it off OUTSIDE - it would probably clog drains. Bentonite clay didn't do squat.
