I didn't watch the BNP Question Time thing, as Larry David was on More4 at the same time. It had some really funny blowjob-in-a-car jokes. The whole BNP "debate" (as far as I read about it) seemed like a missed opportunity to me. People could have been talking about the Sun, Daily Mail, Express - and the hate-filled bigotry that they spew every morning via frames that worm themselves into people's brains. The tabloid fear-rags hardly got mentioned at all in the heat of the "debating".
Of course, much more important than the Daily Mail programming half the population into hate-filled automatons (which of course it doesn't really do) is whether George Monbiot can pull off some clever act of metaphysical purity whilst calling Blair a mass murderer. Pilger manages it so why can't he? What I'm basically asking is: how exactly does Pilger do it? That could be the key to truly democratic media and saving the planet. But Pilger's not an X-man, he doesn't have special powers. It must be something that people can learn. What is it? He praises ML is what he does, you say. You cynical "cunts".
