"I, for one, am happy with the service that the Royal mail supply, they do a difficult job and for very little thanks. I will be supporting their stike action, and hope others will too.
Please remember that the Government has deliberately tried to run them into the ground, so they can sell it off, at 'Bargin basement' prices to some faceless Corporate shysters, whos' only interest will be profit, not service to the public, but profit, and profit alone.
Who else but the Royal Mail would service the hard-to reach areas in Britain ? Will the Scottish Iles still have a service, or will such things be scrapped ?
Also, another thing to remember, when it comes to selling-off public assets, is that we are STILL subsidising the Railway network, and any profit made, goes straight into private pockets.
Good luck to the Posties !
No, I'm not in anyway associated with the Postal service, but without them, would I be forced to pay through the nose for my sheet-music ?"

Gave my support to the Postman this morning too.
