I declined it, because of the origins of the Funding for it plus it still invests in manufactures of cluster bombs, which is banned universally and there is a UN resolution to that effect.It's a back handed compliment to keep the black boy in place.
No actually Gandhi was offered it he refused to have anything to do with it.
