An appellation not designated to myself for many a year, in fact such a puerile observation has only ever been applied by pretentious, middle-class trash, shortly after I'd pointed out that the stuff emanating from their anus was not, as they seemed to think, chocolate ice-cream.

I remember dating a girl, back in the early 80's, who 3 days a week, did volunteer work with severely disabled people, the contempt her and her colleagues openly displayed toward their charges did no less than disgust me.
In the mid-90's I was with a woman who worked, professionally, for a local Hospital, the few 'Office parties' I attended, revealed again, nothing but contempt for the patents, from the Doctors to the paper-pushers, they seemed to enjoy nothing more than mocking those they were supposed to be caring for.
If I do not prostrate myself before the light of your compassion, remember, there are reasons.
As for Joe, I was quite sure, after following her posts on media-lens, that she was able to defend herself.
