Since you're clearly not interested in facts, logic or empirical evidence, I see little point reprising. But here goes.
You're the one criticising the range of sources. So of course it's up to you to show they're inadequate (which means producing others that report deaths IBC doesn't capture).
It's also up to you to explain how news organisations work, if you think they don't work the way they do.
That's why some sources are cited more often than others. Because they report more deaths.
And what IBC tries to do is tally reported deaths. It could do that from one source, if that source reported all the deaths that other sources did.
I find it difficult to believe you can't grasp this.
