No. The numbers would still be a tally of reported deaths from the widest range of sources IBC can access. And you still haven't provided a shred of evidence that there's a wider pool they should be drawing from. So your non-point doesn't exist, never mind stand.
That's not tackling the player. But I'm guessing by now that you aren't able to accept that. Why not? Because you have an urge to imply something deficient about IBC, for some reason best known to you.
It is what it is. An incomplete record of Iraqi deaths tallied from media reports. If you think it matters that there's "only" 20-odd providing most of these reports, you need to show that their record is less complete than other sources.
Now I'm really leaving you to it.
