interesting find. been ages since I last saw PROMIS mentioned in anything (2004 - it was in connection with bin Laden's escape from Tora bora, iirc).
Mike Ruppert wrote of an angle that tied PROMIS in with the Canadian RCMP as well as this criminal/intelligence asset called Michael Riconscuito.
Heard anything about him?
what's happened to Ruppert and his other find, the alleged intel. agent who wrote a memo to himself about the 9-11 attack, before it happened... Delmart Mike Vreeland.
