Weld or braze the holes up.. i prefer brazing but thats just my preference, as already stated though it wil soon develop more holes if the metal is already thin . If you go for a tank liner the only one i would recommmend is the POR 15 stuff from Frost. I use it in all my tanks. 6 years in my Katana now with no problems regarding flaking off, but you do have to follow the instructions to the rule. I have heard so many horror stories about people using other products and having nightmares but this stuff has been spot on. J BROWSE motorcycles has a few 13 tanks but not sure if any are DFI ones though.
For a quick fix to get you going JB WELD is ok
