Hi Karlos, I've got similar mods on my ZG (exhaust, K&N filter), I marked the original position of the TPS, adjusted it either way & found it ran best in the original position. I also had the injectors ultrasonically cleaned, fitted an adjustable fuel pressure regulator valve, played around with fuel pressures, checked all the sensors (all within spec) & it still runs rich. I've found that if you try & lean-off the mixture it won't run that well. So I'd say leave everything on the injection as standard as it'll still be OK, but I think all ZGs & Voyagers run rich because fuel formulation is now different from when these were made. If anyone overcomes theirs running rich let me know
