Hi Hallen big rear wheel (180) is about right for this bike the original (130) is a bit narrow for this muscle bike.
I don`t think we are talking about giantic rubbers as new suzuki (230)that's ugly

: Hi..
: Gonna say this as anonomously as i can...
:
: Are there no more than me myself who is NOT
: likeing the broader rearwheels??
:
: Whas at my saler some day ago...was looking
: at my favorite modern bike...an Kawa Classic
: Tourer...Has been so beatiful from many
: years but now they have mounted a rear
: bathtub wich ment that the sidebags become
: pointy as...pointy you can be!!??
:
: IN onther words...Are there no more than me
: in the world who regards wider and wider
: rear wheels as UGLY!!!
:
: For me i cant understand why anyone whants
: bad roadhols WHITH the double cost for the
: standar wheels AND!!.... make them UGLY as
: no other??
:
: Im sorry...
:
: I know that i´m old...But just again as
: before..Am i the only one in the world to
: see these wide wheels as .....the uglyist

: Ray,
:
: I too have had Taylormade Wheels on my own
: VMAX's and they are the best, but I want to
: keep the bike looking as standsard as
: possible..........which T-Made wheels are
: not.!!!
:
: The guy in Germany cuts the rim off the
: original one and replaces it with a wider
: rim, so it looks great.
: Its also a hell of a lot less than a pair of
: T-Made wheels.

: if you get the rear wheel done wright you
: dont get an offset.and anyway wheels that
: are not in line will handle like shit as i
: found out.I have had vmaxes harleys z13's
: done the wright way but did cost £££ and
: worth it so go to the man who knows ie STEVE
: TAYLOR.

: Pete, you're gonna have to forward me your

: Pete, it was a fella called Georg Deget who
: did my rear wheel, who I'm sure Klasmo used
: to farm their work out to. I can dig his
: contact details out if you like mate, or if
: you're not in that much of a hurry you can
: have a good look at it at the Stafford show
: in October if you're going, I think his work
: is spot-on & is TUV approved. From
: memory a 170-section doesn't entail the
: wheel being offset, going to a 180 requires
: a 20mm offset.
