Hi Kenny,
The part number for the ZZR1100 camchain tensioner is 12048-1113, the gasket is 11009-1858. However they are no longer available from Kawasaki - NOS or used on e-Bay is your best bet, that's where I got mine.
Good luck mate... Paul T.

: You do need to do this job carefully.
:
: As H2 states, make sure you take the back
: bolt off and remove the spring and plunger
: inside before fitting.
: Next ensure the push rod is fully back
: inside the casing before putting the body in
: the hole at the rear of the block.
: Next tighten the 2 allen bolts evenly until
: tight.
: Next (tricky bit) put the spring in the
: centre hole with the plunger inside and
: begin screwing the back bolt in to tension
: the spring inside. As you do this you will
: hear the push rod start to move out against
: the cam chain guide due to the spring
: forcing it out under pressure.
:
: Ensure everything is tight.......and go have
: a beer !!!

:
: that's all I did when I swapped mine out.
: Just make sure the little pushrod? is in the
: fully retracted position. Then I just slowly
: slipped it in and snugged her down. It well
: set the tension automatically as you tighten
: everything up

: all you mechanical geniuses... Can I simply
: unbolt the old camchain tensioner and
