Was just reading the 'Sarting Problems' thread and Dread's final comment prompted me to suggest something that I have thought of previously.
Would it also be worth starting a 'Common Spares' section on the website. I was parked next to a Kawasaki GT750 last week at work and noticed that the Headlamp Shell, Lense and Surround were remarkably similar.
With spares for the 13 getting ever more rare and hence more ridiculously priced this could be a way of helping to keep the costs down. Similarly I'm sure that ignition pickups as used on the early models would be the same as those on a 4 cylinder model, just bolted to a different plate etc.
Would need someone to maintain the list obviously (he says taking several rapid steps rearward).
