Its weak spark or your primary carb fuel settings are too weak.
Start by making sure ALL 6 MIXTURE SCREWS are a minimum of 4 turns OUT from the resting position (fully in).
Try that first because it is easy, then let us know and we can go from there.
The K Manual is wrong when it states 1.75 turns out........I have yet to find any Z1300 that will run correctly at that setting.
A common reason for it being harder to start when HOT is the engine heat evaporates the fuel in the carbs much more than whem its cold.
