Pete, I used a company called 'Bum Wraps' in Bognor Regis quite a few times, including an Eddie Lawson conversion on my original 13 seat, but they've since retired 
I got my MT-01 seat re-shaped last year by Tony Archer http://www.tonyarcher.co.uk he did a very good job, very reasonable price & quick turn-around as shown in pic.
