Misfire

Any one give some advise pleas,

Had a misfire on the bike, so I drained the fuel out of the carbs, put some fresh in along with some Winds dry fuel mix and fired her up. Still have the misfire I noticed that the 3 left exhaust's were getting hot, but the 3 right were not. Do I need to replace those plugs? someone said it could be that, any ideas please.
