Sounds like your CAMCHAIN TENSIONER has failed and allowed the camchain to jump the cam sprockets......allowing your valve timing to go all to hell, or someone did not put the cams back into the head correctly.
You will need to find 6 replacement valves....I suggest new.....and grind them into the existing seats.
I would then definitly buy a ZZR1100 Camchain Tensioner before rebuilding and use that.
The only other damage you could have done is to the CROWN of your pistons. Look at all of these with a magnifying glass for holes or scars, as these will get white hot when running and cause a siezure. The piston crowns must be very smooth and undamaged.
Depending on the speed you were doing when the damage occured, you may have damaged a small end or bent a conrod. The only way to check this is visibly, so it would mean cylinder block removal too.
Also check the area where the valves contacted the heads surface itself, as if thats scarred, you need a replacement head.
