ZG1300 REAR SHOCK CONNECTING AIR LINE

Would be most grateful if anyone can assist with a replacement item for Part Number: 92059-1452, Z1300 Rear Shock Absorber Connecting Air Line. Kawasaki is no longer able to provide this part, and as I cannot get mine repaired or replaced commercially, it means that my bike is off the road. I guess the alternate is to replace the shocks. Any advice along these lines would be most grateful.
