I know some of you guys have Hammerited your engines - I have had the engine apart and have taken the oppertunity to strip all the old paint off (it had been painted blue and was falling off)- right back to the Ally - having got the Hammerite the instructions indicate that you need to put a special metals primer on first - did anyone spray Hammerite over bare metal? - I think I should use the primer but it does not come as a spray - any thoughts / experience welcome - Thanks ...
