I am not going to go head to head with you on the message board, but I am going to say this to you, I take everything personal, especially when you are posting a response under something that I said. It is not a East Coast thing, that's just life. Just re-read your post...like you did not take what I said above personal? Come on. If you did not take it personal, you would not have come back at me like, damn Sista, you not satisfied with the website, what more you want? I went to the website. Told me nothing. I did noticed it was just made up in 2009. And that's cool.
But please do not take my words out of context. I was not ripping you, I was merely asking you a question. I know if I travelled 3,000 miles to go to the East Coast, it has to be something important to me. I am quite sure you made preparations in your traveling and making sure your homefront is in tact...now, if that is not important, I am truly not on the same planet you are on. But just to school you on me, anything I do in my life is important. And YES, FLAG FOOTBALL IS IMPORTANT TO ME. Just like maybe you would spice up your ride or buy you a $1,000 suit to be GQ like they do out there on the WestCoast, I spice up my life and travel. I love to travel. I have been as far as Denver to attend a tourney. I been following this game for a very long time and I could not think of a better sport to follow. I am just a down-right old sports' buff...I do it all from professional down to the flag football games. Now, you might have read some bad things about Ely, but out of all the traveling that I do, I love to travel to DC the most and hang out at Ely and watch flag games all day long. I drive from Philly to DC, get there, get settled on the Hill with the Hill Gang, Gator cooking food, drinks coming from everywhere, shyt talking, watching the games...now, I do not know anything better than how they do it at Ely. And why do I do this? Because it me happy and that's important to me!! SO, I BEG TO DIFFER, I DO NOT HAVE ANYTHIING TWISTED. I WILL ALWAYS DO WHAT MAKES ME HAPPY. LIFE IS TRULY TOO SHORT NOT TO BE HAPPY.
And yes, I gained associates, associates turned friends and even got my enemies out there, but where ever I go, I get shown much love and I get much respect because of me being me.
If you do not see the importance of anything that I just said, I do not know what to tell you but to age like wine and one day you can relate!!
I am done!! You guys have a safe trip and good luck in your games. If there is somewhere you guys will be afterwards maybe to drink and meet up with folks and I am in the house, I will definitely introduce myself so you can meet the crazy lady who travels all over to watch flag football!!
