Nothing to do with EMT or ambulance. Its a good business practice to get the admission fee at the gate as most DO stay. A simple fix is if you are leaving sat you get your admission fee refunded. I think every track does that even the money grubbing etown! I believe that any of the tracks will give the admission fee back if you ask on the way out. The admission is for the race on Sunday. Now the question of the day is why do riders have to pay the admission when they are the ones people are comming to watch?!
