i have been out for 4 months due to getting shoulder surgery. i tore my labrum and my rotator cuff, i havent been doing anything except my in gym training and working with other up and coming riders to help them pursue their dreams of becoming better riders. Saturday was my first day back on the bike and it never felt so good. But i hope this video answers alot of questions and i cant wait to be back on the gate again! thanks everyone
i will be having a riding school this saturday 10-4 in farmingdale NJ, follow a lap around the track in the above video and watch me ride after patiently waiting for the last 4 months!
