I have evs web braces. I use them because of the crumble zones. They are supposed to crumble before your bones do. According to my surgeon that bolted my fib and tib back together, 16 pcs, it was a direct result of my Asterisk brace that my leg broke. I still have a torn PCL with no problems using the brace.
