5 bucks, what's the big deal? Yea, D6 is a mess right now. It was ripped apart by men, and I'm being polite here, that when it all comes down to it, money and egos are the culprit. There were those that did not want MDRA to control the entire district and some that did not want to abide by the same rules they helped initiate! D6 stepped back in to try and save what was left. Some new faces are on the board as well as some not so new. Everybody there cares about D6 racing, and all there are trying to come up with some way to reunite the district. It most likely will not be quick or easy and it may never fully recover but it won't be from the lack of a few trying to fix it. So where is the $5 bucks going? It's there to maintain #'s, points, and to watchdog advancement as well as having someone available to answer questions. It's a matter of keeping things in place so that one day D6 will rise up to be 1 of the top 5 districts in the nation again! I do not speak for the board, I speak as a interested volunteer for the betterment of racing in the district.
