ses995 broome tioga put their necks out over the winter and ran races and it was in terrible conditions and was more organized and the staff was friendly nice and able to keep score correctly. i dont mind riding in bad conditions but i dont like rude people who dont appreciate the riders because with out the riders you dont have a race or a track
