I'm the Bagger Police Chief, you're the bagger police cheif. lol. I don't remember the year, I just remember him winning the +30B class at the Maryland states. Even worst then racing Expert earlier in the year, I don't think he was 30 either. I remember D7 banishing him but he got another AMA card in a different name.
