Well, yes and no.. Granted, most times, they are on the track at the same time, however, unless its a small track, even the faster 10-11 riders usually only lap half way up. I dont think I have seen the top 5 ever get lapped. But, the first lap kaos with the older riders mixed in with the younger riders is my safety concern. I also dont think its fair that you either need to sandbag, or wait 3-4 years in the class before you have a real chance to win the race.
