This was such a powerful and moving film and despite the appalling pain Tsotsi inflicted on the parents of the child he kidnapped, the character was played so empathically that I was willing him to escape from the trap he set for himself. Beautifully filmed. The outbursts of music were both visceral and vibrant. Thank you.
