Posted by Amanda Helm Last year the members were asked to suggest films which we all did and these were posted on the website and voted on. As far as I can remember, none of the most popular suggestions are in this season's films. What was the point of asking us? Perhaps time was a bit tight and you are going to take up some of the suggestions for the 2007/8 season? If you are, perhaps you could post this on the site? The committee does a terrific job in winnowing out the chaff. If you are really serious about more interaction with the members, why doesn't the committee draw up a long list of, say, 20 films and let the members vote on the 10 they most want to see?
