I wonder if these folks might be able to help you, unless you already have had access to death certificates?
1. Tony Allison has all the transcripts of Births, Marriages and Deaths registered in St Dunstan's Cranbrook from 1559 till First World War times.
He can be contacted at: Little Woodcote, Angley Road, Cranbrook. tel: 01580 713006
2. Cranbrook Museum can help as it has a lot of genalogy information stored on computer.
Contact Betty Carmen, Cranbrook Museum, Carriers Road, Cranbrook
(from cranbrook.org/genealogy)
Also, you might enjoy reading "Sissinghurst" by Adam Nicolson for lots of information about this area through the ages. I really enjoyed the book.
