Hello Nigel,
I think you rang me to tell me your father (my cousin Bill) had died. As far as I know, there are no members of the Godden family in or around Cranbrook. The nearest is probably cousin Shirley in Orpington. Cousins Daphne and Gerald are in the Camberley/Frimley Green area. I'm afraid that's the best I can do.
I assume you have a copy of Jack's family tree.
