My wonderful mother-in-law passed away this past father's day and she would always make sofrito for me. It was the absolute best sofrito around. The aroma said it all. Since then I've been having to buy my sofrito and it will never compare to her's. She once showed my husband and I but I never wrote it down. Could you please provide a wonderful recipe for sofrito? I know she used garlic, green peppers, cilantro, and the rest is where my husband and I go blank. Please help!!!
