Hope you have fun with the breads. I bought a bread machine a few months ago, too and I bake almost every day I very often cheat, though, and use mixes We have a good variety in Germany where I live. It could be the same Schmitty, if she comes from Ohio. I know her from Darlene's Kitchen Pantry.
