Whole Wheat Coffee Cake Bread
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons honey
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 1/3 cup bread flour
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons wheat bran
3/4 teaspoons salt
2 whole eggs
1 egg yolk
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 cup raisins
At beeper or at end of first kneading, add remaining cinnamon, brown sugar and raisins.
