Ok I start buy putting a Tbsp of veg Oil in the pot. Turn on low heat . I then add 1 Tsp of Sofrito or Recaito (Very Important).You can also add chopped onions or chorizo optional. Next add 2 cups of white Rice I prefer medium grain goya and add 3.5 cups of water. Add a small dash of salt & a dash of adobo. Add 1 packet of Sazon (use goya sazon with achoite & culantro). Cook according to instuctions on the bag of rice.
