Could someone please be kind enough to email me at: iwish4@webtv.net and send me the step by step recipe for making RELLENO DE PAPA?
Please don't just post it on here because unfortunately I don't have an actual computer but only this stupid webtv and I've had it for years and it's on its' way out. I was lucky that it let me get onto this site but sometimes it allows me to get to something and other times it just freezes and it's just one frustration after another.
Please I am just dying to taste a Relleno de papa again (I have not had one for years!).
Also, if anyone might email me with a recipe for pastellijo (ok, I'm sure I did not get that spelling right but what I remember it being is this dough which is filled with meat inside and then deep fried). But really it's the Relleno de papa that I'd kill for (ok, maybe not "kill" but I'd definately be willing to step on some ants or something).
