Oh my God, That's exactly what I was looking for based on what he described. Guess what I am making this weekend! I will ask him about the grouper sandwich and let you know. We went to Key West every year until about 6 years ago. His mother lived there but has passed away. He still has family there though. Do you know any of the Lastres's? That's his mother's side of the family.
