May not make it tonight my legs are still pretty beat up. Got some nice bruises on my quads... Going to gym this morning and see how it feels on the treadmill and lift... Should be ok by Thursday with ice and drugs!!

I won't be there tonight fellas - sorry. Trying to keep off my leg as much as I can. Hope to be there Thursday though. Have a good practice - keep up the intensity and train how you aim to play.
