Status: 30 hrs+ per week

Job Summary: Under general direction, is responsible for planning, direction and administration of the ANA McGrath Tribal Enrollment Project. Project Coordinator is involved in all aspects of the projects including program and fiscal management.
Resolutions, oversee the Genealogy Project and help with the survey process.
PC will help compile research, genealogies, and survey data. PC
will help write the summary report of findings for the tribal council with
recommendations of proper ordinance or Constitutional amendment development
as a result of the findings through the Tribal Enrollment Project.
● Project Coordination – PC acts as liason between Tribal Administrator, Tribal
Council, McGrath Tribal Community, TCC, IASD, and Tribal Enrollment
Committee. PC arranges and attends all meetings between all entities. PC
Coordinates all phases of the project including ordinance or Constitutional
Amendment development.
● Financial Duties – PC directs the distribution of program funds. Assists with the
purchasing and distribution of program supplies, materials, and equipment.
Works with Tribal Administrator and Bookkeeper to compile and review budgets.
● Reporting and Evaluation – Documents program activities; gathers and prepares
Information to meet program reporting and budgeting requirements; evaluates and
Monitors the project according to program policy and stated objective; establishes
Methods of measuring and analyzing costs, benefits and goal achievements;
Reviews and recommends revision in grant applications and budgets as necessary.
Liason with tribal council; prepares quarterly narrative reports to granting agency.
● Other Responsibilities – Performs other job related duties as assigned.
1. High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
2. Clerical work experience preferred.
3. Strong, organizational, verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to operate standard office equipment including word processing and spread sheet programs.
5. Knowledge of native cultures.
6. Dependable, trustworthy, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
