Gold Rush Adventure experience• Start in Seward flying over the trail to Anchorage and then, flying the route across the Alaska Range to the western foothills. Then following the Iditarod National Historic Trail to Ophir by a combination of foot, riverboat and quad runner. The trail holds national significance as a scenic, recreational or historic transportation route.
This may be far-fetched... but someday, someone will work out the logistics and trail challenges to operate during non-winter months.
