We have 'nobrash', 'bellend' both kinda meaning 'dickhead'. There's 'you nancy', 'you whinning nancy' or 'you bloody nancy', a 'nancy' meaning 'wimp' in American... I could go on-and-on, we have so many, but I will stop for now!
