In the TOS for Broadhost, they state that as part of their free service that they are allowed to monitor a group, delete things that don't adhere to their TOS and that they can also delete a group. Besides deleting a group due to not following the TOS, they can also delete a group if the administrator of that group gets rid of the email addy that they used to sign up with because if they did, then Broadhost wouldn't be able to get hold of them to let them know that their group isn't conforming to the TOS.
