It is Step 6 "Switch to a better DNS provider".
I posted not too long ago that I had problems logging into Outlook. Somebody here suggested it might be a bad cookie and I cleared all cookies, tried differnet ways to log in and it seemed to work for a while. Then it got worse. So I looked online and found some info on DNS Servers.
Low and behold,the problem is our internet service provider!!!!
On my new CB I have the choice to use our ISP Name Server ( which is the automatic server ), the Google Name Server or put in a Custom Server.
So I tried Google Name Server and guess what ---- it worked. I was able to get into Outlook instantly and every single time I use it, no problem!
The one thing that bugs me about is, that Google will hold onto every site I visit ( though it says in the report that they don't ). I have a hard trusting that.
Nevertheless, switching to the Google Server did work great.
