if not shocked? then what is it? it sure say it on the box.My questions was how many dogs has fred or anyone that traines with a collar has fried.Long ago collars were'nt around and the dogs were just as good. You put in the time, You get the results. You don't have the time, then you use a e-collar. I don't trust them. Fred tell us about the time you trailed a dog without a e-collar and it ran off the field?
