another update

She had the MRI which confirmed the vasculitis. Right now they are going to keep her on steroids and put in a shunt for dialysis. They are still hoping to save her kidney but in the meantime they have to clean out her system. Lori might be better able to explain (I'm not sure myself how it works) but I think it takes three days to heal after the shunt for the dialysis is put in before they can hook her up. That's all I have for now...keep the good thoughts coming!
