We're having a wonderful time! I must say the north invasion of the south is turning out to be sooooo much fun!
Slinky is taking to weight pull very good, but she prefers to pull from the ground rather than the track, which is legal but looks a bit tough with the pull line off centered. She handled the 1035 very well today, so I pulled her after that run. Tomorrow, we'll see what she's made of.
Today, Twister got another (actually 2 more) Best of Winners and Best of Breed to complete his UKC Conformation Title! YAYYYYYYYYY He's totally against weight pull - UNLESS he's in the conformation ring for Best of Breed and hears the yipping thinking it's a pig - hmmmmmmm He says he'll cheer the others on.
Slinky got Best Female twice today, and her 2nd leg for her Weight Pull Title pulling her required 530 lbs and a few more AND another TOTAL DOG! YAY!!!!
Angus got Best of Breed the afternoon show and Ammo got Res BoB twice!
It's been soooooooooooooo fun so far, another day of equal fun to go, then more action at Catahoulaville.
BY THE WAY, Yuko, Raidon, Rose, Beau and Ranger did SUPER yesterday on their first try at B Bay! WATCH OUT MS BBQ!
