Before I went MIA- I posted about trying to get my horse back. Well after 6months, I am HAPPY ( to say the least) to finally announce, he is HOME! We offered the people months ago money & they refused to take it. Well the neighbor ended up with my horse & placed him on Craigslist. I have been watching Craigslist like a hawk since we found him. I had a feeling that is where my boy would end up, why I dunno?
Anyhow, he is way underweight, today he weighed 910lbs & at 15.3hands that is just unacceptable. With more weight & lots of love, I am hoping he turns out to be the horse I know he can be! 
A very MUCH needed hug... 
Three generations & a 2nd generation horse ( he is the son of my mare Paint whom we had to put down due to cushings disease).. 
And lastly, this is Apache & my mom the day before he was sold 3yrs ago. He was supposed to be going to a scout at Disney whom was going to use him as a lead horse. 
He lied & sold him, instead of offering him back to us. Apache was sold only because we had 3 horses at the time & didn't need another horse, plus we really didn't have time 3yrs ago to put the miles a freshly trained horse needed. I was pregnant & my mom needed neck surgery. Getting him back has been a blessing & came at the perfect time. Nothing can replace Daisy, but getting Apache back sure is easing the pain.
