Hey, we were doing the same thing last Monday.
Our wood is at the back of our yard and we cart it up to the porch for the winter.
Paul loves his fire in the fireplace, a glass of wine and some soft music on a cold winter day.
Patsy, I know what you mean about the exercise. I helped him by getting it from the wheelbarrow to the porch.
He was splitting lots of big chunks too.
That is a day's work indeed.
You two are younger and in much better shape than us, and our load was no where near the size of your truck full thank goodness.
Betcha you two were tired at the end of that day's work!
