When Nattie was a youngun, we went on a very long, hot ride up the mountain, and my poor little doggie was dog tired. So, I decided to teach her to ride behind my saddle. BIG MISTAKE! Smoothie felt those nails dig into his butt on the second step he took and BOING! Off she went! Steph, let's forgo teaching that little cowboy how to ride Smoothi! Maybe Lisa has a gentler one you could try....
