I got my in Salamanca, New York, about an hour over the border. There is a huge antique marketplace down there that sells several variations of the boxes for cheap money.
At the trunk trading , one of the guys said that a dealer at Southworks Antique warehourse in Cambridge also sells them. Said it was the first booth on the left , when you walk in the door.
